How much will the Estate Sale cost me?
There are no up front fees, no out of pocket expenses to you. Our commission is a percentage of total sales, and are deducted from the proceeds at the end of the sale.
What happens to the items left after the sale?
We make every attempt to sell everything. At the end of the sale we can have a charity pick up the items, a clear out company come in and remove everything to empty the house. It will be your decision.
How much ahead of time do I need to call an Estate Sale Co.?
As early as possible. We need at least a week to prepare, advertise and have the sale. But more time is beneficial. Although if you have a special circumstance and need to have your sale quickly we will do our best to fit you in.
Do you sell cars?
We have sold many cars in the past, also boats, RV's, and trucks
Do I get a list of what has been sold?
Yes, all major items are listed and their sale prices, minor items such a dish towels, and kitchenware are grouped in general categories.
Are you familiar with antiques?
Yes we used to own an Antique store and we a very familiar with antiques and fine Art. We have an appraiser on staff for out side of the normal items.
Are you Bonded?
Yes we are Bonded.
Do you work with hoarder homes?
We have a special crew that work in Hoarder Homes.
